A Living Tribute is a short cinematic video made from still photos you already have. Families use it when they want a quiet, animated remembrance for a memorial, a celebration of life, or a private family gathering.

You upload a photo (or several). The service animates each one, stitches the scenes together, and can add music. The result is meant to be gentle. It is not a claim that the person is "back," and it is not a substitute for a funeral director or a grief professional.

How a Living Tribute works

1. Open the photos you trust. Upload one still, or a small set. The site accepts up to 50 photos in a full tribute, including color, black and white, and older prints. A short free trial is offered if you only want to try a couple of photos first. See /pricing for what is included today.
2. Let the AI Director build the scenes. Each photo can become an animated clip. Clips are stitched into one video, and music can be added. You can describe what you hope to see. Motion should stay respectful. If a clip feels off, you can ask for that part to be re-animated.
3. Watch it in private, then share on your terms. A finished tribute can run up to about five minutes. You review it first. Sharing is through a private link you control. Download and quality options are explained on /help.

This is a web app for families. It is not funeral-home case software, and it does not manage services, obituaries, or webcasting.

FAQ

Can I animate a photo of someone who has died?

Yes. Many people come here for that reason. A Living Tribute starts from a still photo you provide and creates gentle motion. It will not replace the person, and it will not sound like them unless you add your own words or music choices later. Will the animation look respectful?

That is the intent: quiet cinematic motion, not a flashy effect. Results vary with the photo. A clear face, even in an old print, usually works better than a distant or heavily damaged shot. Older or blurry photos can still be used. If a clip does not feel like them, re-animate that part rather than forcing a version that unsettles you. /help covers edits and quality options.

Are my memorial photos private?

Photos are treated as yours. The public site says memories are stored so you can view them, and that you control who sees a tribute through a private share link. Read /privacy before you upload anything you would not want stored. Do not upload photos you do not have the right to use.

How long does a memorial tribute take?

The homepage describes a process that takes a few minutes once photos are in, because each clip is generated from scratch. Longer sets take longer. If you are on a deadline for a service, start with a small set you love rather than waiting on a large shoebox scan. Check /help if a render is still running.

What if the video does not feel right?

You can re-animate specific clips. The site also states a Good Cry Guarantee: if the video does not move you, they will issue a full refund, no questions asked. Read the current wording on the homepage and /pricing before you rely on it. Grief is personal. A refund is not a judgment on your person or your photos.

How much does a Living Tribute cost?

Do not guess from this page. The public pricing page describes a free trial credit, subscription plans, and one-time credit packs. One credit equals one animated photo. Is this only for funerals? Do I need a funeral home?

No. Living Tributes are also used for celebrations of life, birthdays, reunions, and pet remembrances. You do not need a funeral home to create one, and this page is not a pitch to funeral homes. If a director or officiant will play the file at a service, export it first and test playback on their equipment. We do not run the service for them.
